Leksandsdörren AB is the personal data controller for the processing of your personal data and is responsible for such processing taking place in accordance with applicable legislation.
When do we process your personal data?
When you buy our products or when you provide products and/or services to Leksandsdörren: We receive and store information that you provide directly to us in connection with our contractual relationship. The types of information we may collect directly from our customers and suppliers include: names, usernames, email addresses, postal addresses, telephone numbers, job titles, transaction information, as well as other contact details or other information that these people choose to give us or upload in our systems.
When you use our website: we may collect personal data that you choose to send to us, if you contact us via the website, we will keep a record of our correspondence.
How long do we store data about you?
Your personal data is saved as long as it is necessary based on legal requirements or to fulfill Leksandsdörren AB's obligations towards you, e.g. to fulfill delivery and warranty obligations. Leksandsdörren may save the data longer if necessary to protect legal interests, e.g. if there is an ongoing legal process.
To whom do we disclose personal data?
Leksandsdörren may disclose your data to third-party suppliers, consultants and other service companies that perform services on Leksandsdörren's behalf. These companies include e.g. our payment providers, website analytics companies, tax authorities, and accounting providers, customer service related software providers, email providers and others.
Third parties to whom Leksandsdörren discloses information or otherwise provide information about a customer may only use the information for the purpose of delivering services or products related to Leksandsdörren's agreement with you as a customer. Leksanddörren only shares personal data of EU residents with third parties that comply with the GDPR, such compliance is achieved by establishing adequate agreements or by appropriate controls of such third parties and their products or services.
Personal data may also be disclosed by Leksandsdörren if it is necessary to comply with applicable legal requirements or requirements from authorities, to safeguard Leksandsdörren's legal interests or to detect, prevent or draw attention to fraud and other security or technical problems.
The protection of your personal data
You should always be able to feel safe when you provide us with your personal data. Leksandsdörren has therefore taken the necessary security measures to protect your personal data against improper access, change and deletion.
Leksandsdörren is responsible for your personal data being processed in accordance with current legislation.
Leksandsdörren will, at your request or on its own initiative, correct, de-identify, delete or supplement information that is found to be incorrect, incomplete or misleading.
You have the right to request:
a. Access to your personal data. This means that you have the right to request a register extract of the processing we carry out regarding your personal data. You also have the right to receive a copy of the personal data that is processed, the purposes of the processing and to which recipients the data has been or is to be disclosed.
b. Correction of your personal data. At your request, we will correct the incorrect or incomplete data we process about you as quickly as possible.
c. Deletion of your personal data. This means that you have the right to request that your personal data be deleted if it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. However, there may be legal requirements that we may not immediately delete your personal data in, for example, accounting and tax legislation. We will then end the processing that is done for purposes other than complying with the legislation.
d. Limitation of processing. This means that your personal data is marked so that it may only be processed for certain limited purposes. You can, among other things, request restriction when you believe that your data is incorrect and you have requested correction according to section 13.2. While the accuracy of the data is being investigated, the processing of it will be limited.
If you do not want us to process your personal data for direct marketing, you always have the right to object to such processing by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org When we have received your objection, we will stop processing the personal data for such marketing purposes.
You have the right to submit any complaints regarding the processing of your personal data to the Swedish Data Protection Authority.
